I have an anxiety disorder and when ever I am stressed or anxious about something I get horrible nightmares and because of that I lose sleep and then I get more anxious. It is a circle. Try to stay busy and do so physical activities. Come night time you will be tired and with some simple breathing techniques you will get a goods nights rest.
I hope
