I feel im not in controll of myself?

Question:
i talk and do things and feel im not the one doing all those things , i have anxiety diorder is this related

Answers:
You don't say if you have had prior treatment with a psychiatrist, or if you are own medications such as Aprazolam, "Tafil", "Xanax", depending on what country you reside for your anxiety disorder.

Sound like you are responding to internal stimuli. My concern is that you say, "I talk and do things and feel I am not the one doing all those things". This could mean that you are showing signs of "Schizophrenia", and their are all different types. If the voices you hear or thing you hear and belive that they are not yours then you may be hearing voices from outside sources that are really not there. This is very serious as it can lead to you becomng "psychotic".

And for sure you do not want to harm yourself or another person and have to say that the voices told me to do this.

Please see a psychiatrist, who has your very best interest at heart in mind, body and soul. You want a psychiatrist, will will listen to you and perform a complete medical evaluation and psychiatric evaluation.

If the psychiatrist, finds that you do have, "SMI", then he/she should put you into a hospital for 72 hours observation so that they can start medications that will stabilize you. As the primary desire is for you to be able to live a quality life. No good psychiatrist can get you stabilized at home. The reason is that you need 24 hours around the clock observation to see how the medications work and your reaction to the medications. And blood and urine test should be performed to make sure that you don't become toxic and have your kidneys shut down.

If the Psychiatrist, finds that you are not "SMI", then he/she can give you medication for your anxiety disorder.

Least of all you want is a psychiatrist, who only hear the word, "I feel depressed", and he or she stops you and they pull out their Rx. and write you a prescription. In this case they are doing you more harm then good. As the medication will only mask the root cause of your depression. You will feel good, but the root cause will still be there inside of you.

Only good one on one therapy techniques can help you working together with your psychiatrist to find out the root cause and give you alternative solutions to resolve the problem.

Anxiety is insidious and it finds it's way into EVERY aspect of your life, it's certainly the first place I would look. Do you see a doctor about the anxiety cos it is managable.
