What does having recurring dreams about someone you don't know mean?

I've being having a recurring dream about a guy named Jason for about 5 or 6 years. I don't know this guy, but he always pops up in my dreams. He always looks the same and is not a perfect person but comes in different ways. Sometimes he's my best friend, other times he's my partner and other times he's my worst enemy. What does this mean? Am I ever going to meet this guy?

Sounds like a dream i had when i was younger that resulted in me actually meeting this girl which almost sent me into a mental state of the twilight zone LOL,,,or your dreaming of yourself and manifesting it into another form,,,,

That man is you. Examined yourself sometime when you dream of a man its a female, That happen to me also until I had to look inside myself to find out what was wrong with me. GOOD LUCK....
