What's a good excuse to explain cuts and scars on your arm if you don't want people to know what they're from.

And I don't want a lecture on how I shouldn't cut, cause whether or not I'm going to get help, I still don't want to have every random person on the bus who asks what happened to my arm to know my entire medical history.

get one of the arm bands with the studs all over it and when anyone asks say well this darn band keeps scraping me whenever it moves but its sentimental value to me so i dont want to take it off lol invent a really boring sob story so they get bored and leave u alone.
