Maybe, rape can really cause so many sex-related problems for the survivors. Best to go to counseling/therapy to cope with everything and prevent/stop any such sex-related problems. yes you should go to counciling it may seem stupid but it really helps

I think so, maybe it has something to do with you needing to regain control over sex again, some people do it because they feel their body is worth nothing.

All i can say is get a bit mare help, it can never hurt when something like this has happened, and see if someone can help you understand why you needed so much sex.
