How do you deal with fear?

I find that fear gets in the way of living most of the time. Do you agree? How do you get over it ... or 'fight the fear'?
Answers:
Hi. Fear is not something you 'get over' or 'fight'. Some fear is being afraid or scared. Other fear is anxiety, or panic about an issue that hasn't yet manifested. In other words, you face fear head on. Deal with the issue. Most fear is fear of the unknown.
break it down, dissect it, put it back together.
Ex. grocery shopping...Ask yourself what are you afraid of? It's just a store that sells food. There are a lot of signs and people. But those people are like you. They just want to buy groceries. Are you afraid of people? etc...
Don't push fear aside. You will never accomplish much. And overcoming fear gives you a confidence and accomplishment. It will bring a smile to your face. It will encourage you to try again w/another fear.
And if you are a successful person, yea for you! Build your self-confidence. You are a conqueror!
Fear is just an emotion - you can't fight it
The only thing you can do is:
FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY!
