Everyone has a weird recurring dream, but everyone's is differ.

That's a new one. Clearly you need a good night's sleep. Try this: Don't eat after 7:00 pm. Don't drink any alcohol for a while. Stick with water after 7:00 pm. Exercises for at least 30 minutes in the morning. One hour before bed start thinking about positive and/or happy things. Night. Sweet dreams. nope.. I have had dreams that other ethnic groups were trying to invade from Canada..
It may be a warning that some one is going to break into your house ..or weirdos show at a party you are going to have.sure they weren't Mexicans ?? Could be a warning you will have some show up & do all that stuff..
recurring dreams usually mean something.

I have not had very many recurring dreams, and especially not THAT one. Sorry, buddy! No, I usually have the one that involves me being a piece of samsonite luggage being thrown around a cage by a large gorilla. Really sucks.

Sounds like a nice dream if you like that kind of stuff. At the REM phase of sleep the brain basically puts together thoughts, images and sounds one acquired during the day or previous days. Sounds like you have some not so good thoughts during the day too. If you want this dream to occur less frequently you will have to think more balanced during daytime. You will need good sleep hygiene. This means no alcohol, no bright screens one hour before bed (including t.v. and computer), no caffeine 12 hours prior to bed, no exercises after 5 in the evening, and no mind stimulation 30 minutes prior to bed. You will also have to go to bed and wake up at the exact same time every day (including week ends). This will put your body in a cycle and prevent jet lag.
