Why do people think it's funny to use the word "retard"?

Question: I think it's because they find it empowering to degrade people who can't fight back. I also think these ignorants don't know the pain of being with a mentally disabled person in public and having people point or laugh just because the disabled person looks or acts differently.

So, anyone like that What Should I Do Retard jackass want to tell me why you think it's funny to pick on "retards"? Or even to use such a hateful word?

i can not stand that word . iwas called that n school when i was younger because i had epilepsy. . i said right then and there that when i grew up i would never use that word and to this day i havent.

People that do this and use that word are so mean. Its hateful, its hurtful and they dont know what its like to be in their shoes. It makes them feel big and bad, when it just makes them look stupid. God will be their judge.
