How many hours per day do you sleep?

If you sleep less than 6 hours per day, what are your secrets?

I can't sleep less than 8 hour per day.
5 hours. I go to bed late and at around 1 am and wake up at 6 am sharp. It has become a routine now,so its easy for me.

I sleep between 4 and 6 hours. but I've always been some sort of insomniac and I don't seem to ever feel sleepy at night. That's just me though, no tricks, just a biological glitch I guess.
However, if you want to sleep less, try meditation. 30min of deep meditation give you the same benefits as 4h of sleep. or so they say!
