It varies a lot depending on the doctor and the circumstances of the exam. Usually, though, they'll take blood and urine samples. Expect to have your shirt off for most of the exam and everything off for a small part of it. At 16 they'll probably check you for testicular cancer and hernias (which is the most unpleasant part of it -- the doctor will squeeze and poke around your private parts), but they probably won't check your prostrate (finger up the bottom).

The doctor checks your blood pressure, your ears, your nose, he makes you take off your shirt and he feels your stomach and pushes in different place on it, and he also checks your penis for a hernia. This penis part isn't as bad as it seems, it only takes about 20 seconds for that part

Drop you pants and hope the Doctor is gentle. Have you mom/dad wait outside the room to save you the embarrassment.
They just check and make sure that everything is the was it should be. Don't worry about it, (Unless you Doctor is gay)remember they do this for a living. They also will check your spine, take your blood pressure, have you pee in a cup and sometimes if you don't have the best health they may take some blood.
