how to stop thinking that something bad is going to happen soon?
Question:

Sounds like you actually crave that feeling of panic, and the release you get when the "bad thing" actually happens. You won't allow yourself to just feel good.
Well what you expect to get is what you're going to get. Get it?
In other words, tell yourself that it's going to be a great day. And every time you feel that little panicky voice in your head coming back, force it out. Say no, you aren't' going to think like that, and repeat the good ones over and over. "Today is going to be a great day!"
Only by believing it are you going to make a difference. For now you're beleiving the worst, and the worst keeps coming your way. It's worth a try no?
