I did that myself with not good results. Most antideppresants stay active in your system at a working level for three days, so it is still active if you just miss one day. On the other hand, if you skip 3 days to make sure it's out of your system, the results can be horrible! Dont know about lithium, but the xanax doesnt stay in your system for too long so if you skipped it you may have higher anxiety. Better just to stick to the meds! :)
No. You should never just not take your meds because obviously there is a reason you are on them. If you don't take them for just one day, the meds are still flowing in your blood stream, and it could be bad.
