What excerises??

Question:
What excerises work out ur sides or doin crunchs help?

Answers:
Leg lifts. While you are standing up, turn your hips slightly to the left. Bend at the waist to where you are comfortable lifting your leg out straight behind you (to where it is in line with the rest of your body). Lift your right leg up behind you. Make sure the other leg is bent (so you don't lose your balance). SLOWLY put your leg back down. Do several sets, then do the other side. You can also start with your leg in the air (like you had it before) and lower it to where it almost touches the ground then lift it back up even with your body. Don't let it touch the ground. Until you get your balance, it may help to steady yourself by using a chair or something to hold onto. You can eventually get rid of the chair. This will work your sides, your lower back, and the muscles in your lower abdominal area.

If you're trying to tone your "love handle" area, when you do sit-ups/crunches, twist your upper body to touch your right elbow to your left knee, or left elbow to your right knee. As well, You can lay flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, slide your upper body as far as you can to the right and left, as if you're trying to touch your heels, but keeping your back flat on the floor.
