I only eat once a day is that healthy?

Question:
I wanna stay thin and sexy cause if my looks start to go i dont know what i'll do. My looks are all i have

Answers:
Depends on your body. Some people do only eat once a day, but it's for health reasons, and not because they want to stay thin. YOu need to know your body. Whatever you eat, it has to be balanced. Your body may be able to withstand it now, but you may feel the repercussions if you're not getting enough calcium to sustain bone mass for when you're older. Be sure to drink throughout the day and if you insist on eating once a day, eat good stuff, and supplement with vitamins and minerals.

Your looks are NOT all you have.

That's what Karen Carpenter and others thought! You're on the fast track to an eating disorder.
offcourse not.
You need to find something else then..looks go after awhile.
No.it IS healthy, however, to eat up to 6 times a day. Eat small meals multiple times a day and you won't gain weight as easy.
No, you should eat more than once a day. And there is much more to life than your appearence.
no, it's not really healthy at all. they say you should actually eat 5 small meals a day instead of once a day, but i ate once a day for years and stayed skinny and then when i started working out and ate 3 times a day, i gained 20 pounds.
No it's not healthy. Eat because too skinny is ugly and men don't like real skinny women. If your skinny you don't have a shape if you know what I mean..
Do you eat in the morning? You should so you have time to burn it off, but it is healthier to eat 3-4 times per day.
Well, I think you are anorexic. That is not healthy. If you don't eat right, your body will EAT AWAY your muscles because it's not gettig enough nutrition from your food intake.
