Anxiety? Help.?

Question:
I don't know what is is, but I think it's anxiety. I constantly worry about dumb things like school and cheerleading, I leave things around the house, I get really stressed out and cry about things like cleaning my room, difficult homework, school, and cheerleading, and appearance, and stuff like that. My mom tells me how I dissapoint her when I leave things out and make messes and stuff and that just puts even more stress on me. I feel like it's building up and I just want to go to sleep and never wake up. I just want to be normal and not have worries and all that stuff. Even if my parents would let me take the medecines, I wouldn't be allowed to because I've thought of suicide before. I mean, I would never do it, but I'd think of how awesome it would be to not worry anymore. I want to be carefree and have fun. What is my problem? How can I not worry? I'm 13, by the way. I'm up to my head in stress.
Thanks.

You are going through one of life's changes, you are on your way to becoming a woman. You will experience a lot of things during the next 7 years. It helps to have someone to talk to during this transitional time, and it's not always your parents. Make an appointment with your Doctor, and tell him, or her what you are going through. You should have counselors at your school, who are trained to help, or maybe you have a teacher who you trust that you can talk to. The teen age years are difficult, your body is changing, your mind is maturing. You don't know it now but, when your old you will look back on these years as the best times of your life. Sure there will be things that you will regret, but all in all most of your memories of these teen age years will make you smile, when you get to be my age,"I'm 49". And remember this when your in your twilight years, say your 90s,or your 100s, you will realize that your only invention was you. Try to learn from your mistakes, and believe me you will make a lot of mistakes, also try learning from the mistakes you see your friends make. And where ever life takes you, go there proudly, and bold, take life's challenges head on, never let a problem get the best of you, just keep trying. It's not how many times life knocks you down that count, those numbers mean nothing, it's the number of times that you stand back up that count. Good by and good luck!!!
Katie sweetie just learn to take it easy. Don't let the simple things stress you out like that. Whenever your're feeling the anxiety coming toward your way, talk to GOD and he will help you get through it.
