Anbody have any experience (professional or personal) with "obsesive-compulsive prayer"?

Obsessive-Compulsive behavior can be traumatizing. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience to impart or share, respectively, regarding Obsessive Compulsive prayer? The weirdest part is that the subject is NOT a believer in prayer. Subject is actually vehemently opposed to any and all organized religion. Any help?

there is nothing wrong with praying continuously the Bible even says to pray all the time
i dont quite remember where but i have learned it ever since i have been saved its not like i made it up or anything
