Narcissistic personality disorder?

Question: Has anyone ever encountered somebody with narcissistic personality disorder? I had the unfortunate experience of falling in love with girl who clearly had a pathalogical case.

My mother-in-law has it. Not very good for you to be in love with this girl. It can be a very lonely life for loved ones.
