I dont like my personality, can i take drugs to change it?

I think i'm hot n sexy and everything on the outside but i dont like my personality and the way i feel what should i do is there any thing i can alter my personality with?

you can alter your neurochemistry with drugs for things like depression or anxiety, but it sounds more like you are asking for a "cool pill". there are illegal drugs which lower your inhibitions, but taking them has terrible consequences, like potentially dying!

if you are not comfortable with yourself, i'd recommend psychotherapy.
