Do you ever feel this way?

Question: [This is a serious question thank you] I always feel like 'I' am watching someone else, some out of control being, living my life. I dont want to drink, but 'he' makes me. I dont want to waste money, but 'he' makes me do it. I dont want to do that bad thing, but 'he' makes me do it.
When i look in the mirror, i dont see myself anymore...does that make sense?? I feel like i dont control my life. Is 'he' really me? Am I mentally ill?? whats wrong with me please.

Please get help... your life would change for the better. No one should have to live through what you are. So pick up the phone book and look for a shrink or counselor. Some don't even charge and some charge you according to your income. Care enough about yourself to ask for help. You are asking for help when you typed it, so go do it... get the phone book and call someone. Good luck
