Why do we fight going to sleep?
Question:
Answers:
I think it's a matter of being used to always doing one more thing, and relaxation seems like we're giving up...the only thing that helps me is if I can listen to my sound soother, the waves, going back and forth and back and forth.. or even my breathing.. just something rhythmic.. otherwise, my mind just won't shut off.. you are not alone.
cuz of Freddy Kreuger? Or maybe we're all just waiting for something to happen to us. The phone will ring, and it'll be someone we've been dying to talk to, or we'll write or get that letter/email we've been waiting for? IDK
