Answers:
Possibly include more fish in your diet. Fish contains omega-3 oils which have been shown to improve mental function and can reduce some symptoms of depression, in young people in one study at least. There may also be benefits in adults.

Meditation. EFT.
Supplements: Chlorella, Krill Oil/Fish Oil. B-complex.
Diet change will work like a miracle.
Ask your doctor to have you tested for iron deficiency, or any other vitamin or mineral deficiency. Lack of something could be making you really run down.
Have you had your thyroid checked? I work on a mental health unit and that is a test that we usually conduct on all patients. You would be surprised what a thyroid that is out of whack can do to a person.
i have the same problem.
vitamins..exercise and ALOT of water. and if you follow that everyday.youll be perfect!! trust me.
a cold Budweiser and a blue heeler to keep you company!
Eat only vegetables and free range meat. Animals kept in cages produce stress hormones their entire life that are not good to consume.
Drink only water, tea, and not from concentrate juices.
Exercise.
And finally, try Procaine aka GH3.
Its a synthesized B vitamin compound that is good for everyone. It helps cure diseases, but also revitalizes people who are fatigued either mentally or physically. It heals your body on a cellular level. Your cells may just be fatigued and need some improvement.

The best product is vitacel 9, but for your situation, which isn't really illness but just fatigue, you could use any of them and get good results. Some are cheaper, which is why I say that.
p.s. I'm a recording engineer from LA. I learned about this for my mom who has Parkinsons Disease. I'm in no way involved with the company.
Good luck and try to stop the antidepressants if you can!!
HAVE YOU TRIED THERAPY AS THIS SHOULD ALWAY BE THE PRIMARY COURSE OF TREATMENT. THERE ARE NO MAGIC PILLS THAT WILL MAKE EVERYTHING ALRIGHT. YOU HAVE TO GET TO THE ROOT OF YOUR FEELING,AND START TO COPE WITH THEM, BEFORE YOU CAN BE STABILIZED, AND KEEP TRYING MEDS WITH THERAPY. I TOOK ME 4 YEARS TO FIND THE RIGHT COMBINATIONS. GOOD LUCK.
Good eating habits..we ARE what we eat.a good multi vitamin, and calcium, magnesium and zinc.. Selenium and flax seed or fish oil.Omega three oil..exercise and positive input to you brain..uplifting input.remember the adage.garbage in-garbage out..depression is caused by an upset in the bodies chemistry..you can improve that with the above supplements..there are also some herbs used for depression.St. John's Wort.I've also tried 5-HTP which is a nutrient that your body needs to make serotonin..or SAMe.another nutrient needed to make the neurotransmitters you brain needs.
It might be helpful to seek a therapist and to work on the root causes of your symptoms. Diet, exercise, surrounding yourself with positive and affirming people, being social, making positive self-statements and having a daily routine of self-care are also helpful. Medication can modify the symptoms of lots of things but most often what we are really asking for involves a change of lifestyle. Good luck to you.
Have your thyroid checked. Fatigue is often a sign of an underactive thyroid.
