When an individual previously diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder develops a Manic or Mixed Episode, the diagnosis is changed to Bipolar I Disorder.b

I don't know which one is which but one is schizophrenic.
Being diagnosed as Bipolar type 2 and having read what I have. Type 2 has less severe Manic episodes, but the depressive episodes tend to be the same as type 1. For example I have never experienced psychosis in a manic episode.
