yes, drugs can cause hallucinations. I think you are asking though because you are having them without taking illegal drugs. Over the counter medicine interactions can cause them. Taking too many prescribed painkillers can have an affect also. Mental illness can also cause them. I suggest if you are not taking over the counter meds, mixing meds, taking drugs,pr misusing meds, you see your Dr immediately. There is help availabe whether it be rehab centers or mental health doctors.
