any help for someone on diability benifit and retirement to reciev help and support in the usa georgia?

Question: i have a friend whos wife suffers from mental health issues and is very sick and needs alot of help and support at the minute ,my friend is currently suffering from diabetes and hyperthyroidism, osteoporasis,and no family members that are willing to help and support the situation he is in ,because my friend recieves diability and retirement money he believes there is no help availble to help him ,surely this is not the case ,there must be somewhere or someone that can help ,i would be gratefull for any answers thanku.

theres a program thru ur social services department that can give him the proper help he needs.i also have medical n mental problems n i collect disability but i needed someone to help me around the house n shopping n etc..they r called companions..call for an appointment with social services n get started on it immediately.i hope this helps cause it sure helped me....
