Is anyone else hypomanic?

Question: I just discovered I am.have you sought treatment, or just enjoyed the happiness??

Answers:
I love hypomania, prefer it to the way my doctor likes to keep me (like a zombie). I prefer to sing and dance my way thru life, not sleep. I know enough about my conditions(s) to monitor myself. Incidentally, I am 100% med compliant, cannot stand to be not med compliant. I have been in treatment for bi-polar for more than 5 years since my diagnosis, and love to feel somehat regular.

I am not hypomanic, I have been full blown manic the last few days. I am just starting to come back to stable. You may not need medication, I do.
