that's lik if im not out .. if i am it's fine i don't.. but just when im home .. like if im watching T.V. or online i have this urge to go look in the mirror .. ill go like every 5-10 mins.. is anyone else like that? is this wrong/abnormal?

Answers:
Many times when people are obsessed with their looks they suffer from an eating disorder. Is this you? If so, get help. If not, you could try making yourself do something other than getting up to go to the mirror....read or watch TV, go outside, call a friend. Use your mirror in the morning and then shut the door and don't go look in the mirror until night time when you go to brush your teeth. Hide mirrors in your house or cover them up and train yourself to act in a new way.

thats normal I do it all the time too
Get a life, moron.
You're not abnormal. Just maybe a bit vain. Which by today's standards. Is probably normal. Maybe you should get help if you have no control over how many times you seek "mirror security".
Take a snack break, when you catch yourself going back to the mirror. Make sure that you eat some protein (meat or soy) and maybe some peanut butter or fruit, and a glass of water.

You may have an obsessive/compulsive disorder. Eating a high protein snack - and meals too, may help if your OCD is a result of low blood sugar or high insulin production.

It is called Narcissism. In Greek Mythology Narcissis fell in love with his own reflection. The person feels the need to constantly look in the mirror and they like what they feel. They tend to have a bit of a vain streak. The next question is do you like what you see. I personally like looking in mirrors and looking at my reflection but don't really like what I see. There is nothing wrong with it and it is very common.
Of course it is not normal my friend. I agree that it can be an obsessive compulsive disorder, but theres another disorder called body dismorphic disorder, that its much like the symptoms that you have. Do you just stare at the mirror or are you worried about specific parts of your body? (size, simetry, etc).
You should pay a visit to a psychiatrist in order to rule out this or other treatable disorder.
Good luck!!
