will it always be that i cry myself too sleep?

Question:
for the past 4 months i cry at bedtime.late or early sleep makes no difference.

Answers:
oh My God!
definitly ur depressed because of some reason in a past few months. go out more socalize more, be with ppl and talk with them, listen to nice fast music,do not listen to romantic and slow music at all. at bed time try to read some intresting magazine, some short stories, then try to sleep, make ur self busy with doin diffrent kinda things, and dont think about sad things happend in ur life or the past. crying should have the reason, it doesnt starts wihout reasons. the thing that u can finish this sadness completly is: write down whtever made u sad these days, and try to overcome with it .
see u happy happy always happy soon :X

You will outgrow it trust me.
depends if you ever heal what is bothering you, see a shrink and get some prozac.
Not if you choose not to. Read a book, meditate, or try praying. Give yourself something more constructive to do before you go to be and it will take your mind off of what ever is making you cry.
Wow. Crying yourself to sleep..not a "normal" thing. To me..if you're feeling so sad that you cry..it's time to recognize that something major is making you so sad. Find someone you trust. Tell them about how you're feeling. You really need some support. See a doctor if you can..SOON. Also..there is a LOT of information on the net about depression.check it out. So..I think your "to do" list is:
1. Talk to someone you trust.reach out
2. See a doctor
3. Learn about depression.

Wish you well.
my son passed a way at 17 years of age over a year ago, i cry my self a sleep every night.nothing wrong with crying your self to sleep atleast your sleeping thats good
Crying b/4 going to sleep may indicate that theres something in your life you feel powerless over, possibly you feel forced to do something or are being held back from what you really want, as in anything else see a Dr. first, then try to figure out what's really going on it sounds like frustration..Good luck Dahling, we've all been there.some of us still are.
maybe your just tired and your eyes are watering.
