Will Cleaning My Colon Help Clear My Thinking?

Question:
Ohh....Right now I need all the help I can get!

Answers:
Colon cleansing can actually help clear ones thinking by getting rid of all the backed up toxins that are in the body. But the toxins arent just found in the colon..you could do a whole body cleanse and may find afterwards..your thinking is a lot clearer.

Also... taking your B vitamins can help with thinking. Or do as we do.. add nutritional yeast(loaded in B vits) to popcorn. Yummy!

Best wishes!

No, colonics disrupt the natural bacteria in the colon and open you up for infections and digestive problems. The colon is where your body takes up water, so you could also get dehydrated.
no but you'll be squeaky clean
cleansing your colon can relive allot of problems. check out a web site on colon cleaning you wont believe what you see! you will differently decide to do so whether it helps the thinking or not.
Only if you have SH*T for brains.

Seriosly though, I highly doubt it would "clear your thinking". The best thing for that is a proper diet and exercise. You could also try yoga and meditation they also help clear the mind.
Psychologically, you may feel relief and the worries of your immediate colonic health will dissipate. If cleaning out your colon will make you feel better, chances are you will think more clearly... So if you want to give it a try, do so by all means!
It might make you feel better temporily but I doubut it would clear your thinking
