Every day I scare myself sick about dieing?

When ever you get these bad thoughts immediately replace them with good thoughts. Think of something that you enjoy doing, like having lunch with a friend or whatever you like to do. It will take a lot of work on your part to do this. It will not come easy. Sometimes you can't just snap out of it. If you continue to think of thoughts of dieing or are wanting to hurt yourself, please go tell someone your trust and find a doctor. If you continue to be depressed then you may need medication. There is nothing wrong with medication if you really need it.
Also having a good diet is a must to feed your body so that you will feed your mind. You wouldn't drive your car on an empty gas tank, so don't try to function with your body not being fed enough. This don't mean your overeat, but eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Water is very important to flush away the toxins of your body. Try to stay away from white sugar. Pure maple syrup makes a great sweetener and has lots of good minerals in it.
I've been where you are at and it is sure hard to live a happy life. If you think happy thoughts you will bring happy people and happy events into your life. If you think negative then that is what you will bring into your life. Been there, Done that! It's not fun!!!
