people on Acid (LSD) can have thoughts they can fly, so they jump off of things.
they can see bugs and snakes under their skin and cut themselves up with scissors or razors, trying to kill them.

lol. I'm 22 and I smoke lots of pot. I've tried LSD, but it never did much for me. You should switch to Mushrooms, atleast those are natural and I hear they have healing power.

I assume this is a crank post, since your question seems to be from a person that does not regularly use acid. Also, all of the responses seem to be from people who never experienced it or know anything about using acid. I guess that evens things out. Harmful? I don't know, but past heavy users do lead normal lives without apparent side effects. Well, unless (10+ years after heavy use period) being successful banker, scientist, lawyer or the occasional barrista (this sampling is from my group of friends) is a side effect.
