how can i combat the feeling like i want to escape my reality and find my utopia?
Question:
Answers:
When we are depressed or dealing with emotional and mental issues it is normal to want to escape. However, it is best to face what is going on. If your social worker has acknowledged that you have a problem then you should also have been directed to someone who could help you. Go to the therapy. Express your feelings. Perhaps with counseling and medication you can control your anger problems and that will help you socially as well as mentally. Give it a chance and keep an open mind. Once you begin to live a more relaxed life then perhaps all the other things you so deeply desire will be more in reach. Do not lose hope. Best of luck to you.

More friends would help tremendously. It may be hard to make them so hold on to the ones you have.
You are looking for an external cure for an internal problem . and it won't work. Say that you get to the States, which you think is "utopia"--then you'll be a person with mental health problems, rage, anxiety, palpitations, and low moods who is living in the States. In other words, moving to "utopia" won't change anything but your surroundings. The key to life here is that if you work on changing your inner state for the better, then you will better appreciate your outer environment. You'll also have better chances of finding a "nice wife" if you get your emotional and mental life in order; otherwise, you'll find someone who is in some way or another as sick as you are. That's just the way it goes. It would be a good idea to seek treatment for your mental health disorders. There are anger-management courses you can take. There are medical and spiritual cures for anxiety. Depression is treatable with therapy and medication. It would be a great idea to find a competent mental health professional--a licensed M.D. who can prescribe medication and who also does talk therapy--and work with him or her on a long-term basis in order to overcome your problems. But do know that a "geographical cure" is not a cure--it's just a distraction. You have a fantasy in your mind that the outside world will cure your inside problems. You need to work to smash that fantasy. It's like saying that a move to Chicago will cure diabetes.
A doctor told you that you have a mental health problem?Try for a second opinion.
take drugs
Your right about what you posted at the end, your focusing on what you imagine your life to be instead of living in the moment. It seems like the biggest thing that is holding you back is your frustration for a life you long for and at the same time this wish is paralyzing you from making your wish a reality. Instead of thinking you will never achieve your dreams because of what you have to deal with, think of it this way, if you deal with your problems your dreams and wishes will come true.
