Tall and thin guys?


Question:
I am super tall and thin, I eat like a horse and can't seem to keep up with my metabolism, I get so hungry so fast I get tired.I have been taking iron and other supplements. What would be a good regement for a guy with my weight.6foot 1inch-145pds.trying to break 160 but have never gotten over 150.

Have your blood tested.
TSH,T3,T4 should be scanned.

protein shakes from GNC, eating and sleeping, eating lots of fatty foods.
I guess all you can do is eat high protein foods. Don't overdo it on the fat though, even though you are skinny you don't want high cholesterol. You could also try weight training. How old are you? My guess is that as you get older, you will put on weight. Good Luck.
