Answers:
"RICE" is an acronym used when referring to injuries such as this: Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Stay off it as much as possible, Ice it for 20-minute stretches a couple of times a day, wrap it with an elastic bandage, keep it elevated while you're resting and icing it.

For OTC pain relief, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as aspirin or ibuprofen should help. Acetominophen (Tylenol) is not an NSAID and does nothing for inflammation. Talk to your doctor about other options. Do no exceed recommended dosages of OTC drugs without consulting your physician.

Congratulations to you on taking control of your body and your health! You'll feel better and live longer.
You probably have a condition called Rodillus Chuecus, which is caused by extremely high weights. In other words, it's a knee cancer which can go to your brain and you'll have a slow and painful death in front of your beloved ones.

Cheers!!!
Then you're way ahead of the game. Keep on as you've started, and consider using Aspercreme or something similar to control the pain. Depending on the kind of arthritis you've got, you might want to look at some product that will help restore the cartilage in your joints.

Good luck!
try ibuprofen it has anti inflammatory effects
