what is the best thing to improve memory?

I am looking for a effective treatment. Vitamins like ginko seems not to work on me.
All my life I had problems on memorizing things. I can easely remember facts and things but names, dates and numbers seems very dificult for me. Sometimes I forget also recently things that happend to me. I've been told by doctors this condition been result of stress.Now, seems its getting worse.

Celular phones make it this condition worse.

From some scientific research read cellular phones are said to possibly cause hearing problems. Of course so do handheld CD Players with earphones.
Since your question deals with memory recall [short term] and that of names,dates,and mathmatical equations I know at least two individuals with the same symptoms spoke about. They were diagnoised with ADHD by a licensed MD/PO. Both were prescribed Stratera. While this is not a sound diagnoise may I surggest you see your PCP regarding and he/she will refer you to the appropriate specialist, since like many medications Stratera is Rx and used to treat other health problems as well which I am not at liberty to discuss.

Try to get into a daily routine: i.e. work out when you're going to go to bed and etc.

Eat well, and exercise loads. It should help to reduce stress.

I know a great method to enhance ones memory.! No. sorry it's gone. avoid cooking / eating things made in aluminum utensils. Check underarm rollons - some use aluminum based chemicals. there have been some studies linking aluminum and alzheimers (mem loss).


Few things u should try.

1. Meditation: try a 2 minute meditation every day.. This you can do several times during the day.

Process;
Lets say you are travelling by car or may be walking. Just stop instantly and see the surrounding near your self. Just feel the feel the wind, smell the frangrance in the air, watch passerby - what they r doing and automatically smile will come on your face. you will realise this world is a different place altogether. do this as many times as you can during your day and you ll find the difference. You will be more relaxed and energetic. Less stressed.

2. are yyou taking enough sleep. If not then do that. May be you can take 2-3 days leave if possible. go out somewhere or may be at home - just do all the things whcih you usually do not do such as watch tv - some funny programs not bbc or cnbc - pls.. just thosefunky things. and sleep a lot. Like during the day sleep like for 12-14 hours. If you dont feel like sleeping still close your eyes and sleep. you will see the difference.


3. Before you go to sleep at night everyday .. just close your eyes and think about all the things you have done during the day. may be for initital 6-7 days u ll not rmbr all the things but gradually u ll rmbr it all.

now the most imp thing. no one rmbrs everything. it humanly impossible .. so relax . relax and relax..
