Free Christian counseling is available at every church. Go talk to your pastor/priest. If you don't attend church regularly and don't have a pastor/priest that you know, go introduce yourself. Explain that you are having difficulties and want to begin attending services and also talk to them and receive counseling. I'm Catholic and the Catholic Church typically has a large community-based support program. Give it a try.
some pastors do offer free counseling u have to ask them i'm lucky i can talk to my pastor or his wife anytime i need advice or help and it doesnt cost anything
