WHY AM I SO TIRED these days?

Question:

Answers:
Do you snore? Seriously, depending on how you sleep at night has a huge effect on your waking feelings. I found out that I had mild sleep apnea (snoring) and because it creates a shortage of oxygen at night it causes you to sleep restlessly and you feel tired all day long. Napping helps but it wasn't the solution, it turns out that I had gained a few pounds and this was causing the snoring (who would've known...). End of story, I lost the weight and now sleep regularly. See your Doctor and ask for a sleep test...

The heat can make you tired, but so can not sleeping enough or through the whole night. Not eating right, stress and being lazy also make you tired
maybe you're pregnant
Get plenty of sleep and take your vitamins!
try exercising. it sounds strange, but if i'm feeling lethargic a whole lot, and i work out, i actually get more energy!

also, take a look at your diet. are you eating properly?
It is the weather. It does that to people.
probably because your metabolism has slowed down and it takes a lot of energy to digest your food.
maybe you need a time to rest.

or maybe you need extra supplements.
Inadequate sleep, stress and fatigue... just to name a few...
My advice? GET SOME REST!
i am begining to think it is the heat. i have been very tired lately too and have been getting really bad headaches. i went to the doctor yesterday and all my bloodwork came back normal. just to be on the safe side i would go and have a check up to make sure there is nothing strange going on. i am going for a full physical in two weeks.
Need vitamins, need sex, need, a change of pace, being depressed, too much sugar, lack of exercise, the position of the stars, allergies, or coming down w/a cold, anemic, dehydration, any underlying illness.
I think you haven't slept that well
Try taking a walk or a hike for some fresh air everyday for half an hour. That usually helps.
because you did something tiring
Mental or physical strain, depressed ,hot, need your wheaties, vitamins or just plain rest. So whats up?
I don't really have enough information it could be physical or depression or a snow balling effect where the more you lay down the more tired you become or you could just be working to hard or have to much stress in your life . First get to a quiet comforting place with a pad and paper and a cup of tea and write down all that you need to accomplish in the next 48 hours if it seems overwhelming then you know it is over work or disorganization , If it is a short list then you need to work on internal representations figure out what you love about life
( home, Travel , kids , husband, money, etc. ) then figure out where you are in relation to that ( have a job that keeps you from traveling getting married, or having kids etc.) and then figure out short term and long term goals on how to get from point A to point B you will probably start to feel a little better already then when you have the goals and strategy's firmly in your mind close your eyes and feel what it would be like to have that new life how your posture would change how alive and vital you will become . I guarantee that you will want to get up from the table and start right then and there working toward the new revitalized you.
The electrical fields around the globe are seriously agitated, due to increased solar energy bursts. Nerve centers throughout your body are responding to the electrical disturbances and increasing your energy output to maintain a balanced equilibrium. hence, you are fatigued. Increase you intake of WATER. Your body is experiencing a depletion of hydrogen. DRINKING Water; is HOW you replace it.
life makes u tired. am i correct?
