I'm unable get to sleep almost every nite, what should I do??

Visit a doctor and talk about what is going on. You have a problem that needs closer investigation so that it can be properly treated.
Tylenol PM - works for me. Also I sleep better if my room is a little chilly. Try putting on a fan or something.

Be sure you're good and tired. The way to do that is to always get up early and don't take naps.
Have a beer (or wine).
Read a book in bed. If you don't fall asleep, at least you'll get a lot of reading done.
DON'T take sleeping pills! Don't bother asking a doctor, they won't help.
Work out before going to bed. They say not to work out before going to bed, but I don't know why. It makes you tired and you can fall asleep.

This is usually a sign of anxiety. Try exercises prescribed for relaxation. Drink a glass of warm milk. Try to start putting aside the affairs of the day at least an hour before bedtime. Try drinking a small glass of wine. If all else fails, see your doctor about a short term use of sleeping pills.
maybe at night u shouldnt thinking or worry something. if u feel hot if u been covered from a blanket then u put ur legs out. you will wake up and automaticly pull the blanket to you in the middle midnight if u feel cold then will sleep again. or put something relax like fragrance (lamp berger) try find an agencies to buy this product.
stay up as long a possible and then crash and wake up the next day and then go to sleep at about 11 or 12 at night
Give the wall a good headbut when you retire to bed

Dont think about future in bed. expecialy ways to make money. If you are free from thoughts in bed you can get good sleep. Thoughts are the enemy of sleep.
I would see a doctor, if it is chronic you may need medication
drink hot milk before sleeping. :)
Go to your doctor and get some sleeping pills. Or if you don't want to do that you can be like me. Stay up all night and then sleep when you can. Good Luck.
