Id take him to a psychiatrist. that is relly strange. How often does he see these mentally retarded demons. It could be a sign that he is afraid of retarded kids and wheelchairs.
Sounds like schizophrenia(sp). It begins to develop at this age. He needs some help. He needn't have shown signs prior to this to develop it now. I think the sooner the diagnosis and the sooner he's on meds, the easier it is to control.
If your mother doesn't believe you or isn't concerned, talk to the counselor at your school. They can have a talk with your brother and see if he needs more help.
my father was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic and this was how he started hearing messages, believing he had seen the devil. This developed rather rapidly and eventually anything he would deem as a message from songs he heard to even the colour of clothes we wore would be telling him messages. I think you should talk to your mum and get him some professional help.
