Is anyone suffering from extreme derealisation and depersonalisati.
Question:
How do u fight it? (Psychologists and meds dont help). Plus, my DP and DR are NOT drug induced
Answers:
if nothing helps, maybe you should talk to somebody, anybody. but i think that if you talk to other DP and DR suffers, then you could help each other out. you can talk about your experiences and find out that you're not the only one suffering from that. if it rele gets bad, then you should try to calm yourself down, and maybe go to a psychologist. i no you say that they dont help, but i no that someone will.
i hope this helps you. good luck.
if you want to talk to me send me a message and i'll give you my email address and stuff.

Well, even if we are, we rarely admit it!
Please, do a favor to yourself: Find a book of, or about, Epicurus and read it. It is easy and will elevate you most than any medicine, doctor, ..! It is as good as a sincere, patient, interesting friend!
I think that everyone suffers from these to a certain degree and make their lives more full so they don't have to think about it. You need to be more centred in yourself and find your own realisation. A great book is "The wisdom of the Enneagramm". It might sound like hippie garbage but can really show you a way forward. Society makes people feel like they are not connected but in truth we all need to be.
