last night i cut myself, then wiped the blood on a page in my journal and drank the rest. i convinced myself that i'm evil.

Maybe you are just curious about that stuff. It is not healthy to cut yourself so you should seek help if this becomes or is already a habit.
You are not insane or you would not have enough sense to address this issue or even worry that you may be endangering your self and your morals.

good question the fact that you asking that question probably means that your not evil, but that you unusual way to express yourself, I would recommend that you start getting into exports, or hobby, that will take time away from your journal, get some positive activities the more you do the less you will think about blood and more thing to write you will have.

I wouldn't say insane. I've had a lot of really good friends who cut themselves. You should probablly get some sort of help for it though 'cause it is one of those things that is infamously hard to stop doing. Worry about peice of mind before evil. Since you didn't hurt anyone but yourself, I can't see how that is evil.
