Well, I know life is tough at times, but you must remember, that whatever it is that is causing you so much pain, this too shall pass away. Many people think they can kill their bodies, but that is all you would be doing. You cannot kill your soul. Anyone who thinks they are going to "escape" this world, this predicament, or end their condition,with suicide only find that they are facing the same predicament or situation in the afterlife, and therefore escaped.and ended.nothing. Whatever it is, my friend, you have the power to change it, or "create" a new and better situation for yourself. Believe in the power of YOU.

distract yourself

get someone to talk to about it. whether it's a therapist or close friend or relative. If you're really suicidal, you should see a psychiatrist and get some antidepressants--at least to take off the edge for awhile.

The best remedy to depression though is a combination of healthy living and keeping busy. "Workaholic" is considered negative, but it is a good temporary solution to depression.


i am having those thoughts now and they are hard to rid yourself of them if you are lucky enough to have someone close to talk to that really helps Attempt to take your mind off of whatever ails or stresses you out you at the current moment.

Watch something that amuses you, hang out with loved ones and/or friends.

Discuss your problems with someone you trust and care for.
Do an activity that you enjoy dong.

Maybe help someone, to see if it makes you feel better.

Fresh air, sun light.

Productivity.

Even naps.

Meditation.

Yoga.

If you’re religious look for answers and guidance in your faith.

If you’re not look for those same things in something else just as important to your person.

Try not to wallow in self pity and hopelessness.

No vegetation of the mind or body.

Don’t forget of belittle any potential.

The rain always washes away the dry patches in life…it’s only a matter of being strong-willed, hopeful, and patient..

Obvioulsy, i might sound like an optimist here, go to a happy place. or whatever you want to call it.. it where you can listen to music to get you thoughts off of it, or this may sound dorky but you could study.
