Living in your head?

Question: Ok what would the actual Term for someone who lives in thier head. Like they go through a day, Imagining all these things in thier head and thats the way they live. Almost as if they have all these imaginary friends or something? We think My brother may have a serious problem and need help with it.

Depends, your description is a little vague. There are several forms of autism where an individual is said to 'live in their own world', howeverit sounds like your brother expresses himslef and relates to others. He may just have a vivid imagination, which is healthy. He may be delusional or schitzophrenic. Can't say based on the info. I too have that problem.just keep busy
