I know it's over now (I hope), but I feel very very very depress now, because I am being so mistreated by customer.
How can I stop feeling depress? please help me.
Answers:
I know how you feel. I dread customer service. I still feel crappy about mean customers that I encountered years ago. As a result I just got out of jobs that involved customer service. Besides, C.S. jobs seem to be the worst paying ones. If you only feel you can do those kinds of jobs and you are able to move somewhere else try going to resorts or places where people are on vacation. People who are suppose to be relaxing tend to be way nicer and alot more easy going when things aren't super perfect. Hope you feel better. I know how awful it is.

Next time a customer gets rude with you, go ballistic, just go totally freakin nuts. That'll scare 'em. Plus they won't bother you. I'm sure you'll feel better after you just let loose and lose it. Just don't hurt anybody. keep telling yourself, it is the customers with the bad attitude, and trust me it isnt your fault. Sometimes the public sector are a bunch of blooming idiots.

Stay busy, and ignore rude remarks, I know it takes time, but you need to work on your English. North Americans right now are feeling so used by the Mexican influx, and I am aware that you may not be Mexican decent, but your lingo sounds familiar. I have traveled to Mexico extensively and love the people and the culture. Now I find myself wondering how we are going to support all the children, etc. and this develops some frustration in me regarding aliens in this country. Much love and hang in there. D You weren't very specific about HOW they are abusive, but you don't have to take any form of abuse. Talk to your manager, that's what they are there for. Maybe (s)he can accompany you during work to witness the problem.
Some customers are just sh*tty people and are just out to get what they can. Sometimes they have had a bad day and somehow decide to take it out on you. It's not right, but we all have to deal with it from time to time.
All you can do is just "kill them with kindness". If someone is a jerk, smile sweetly and say "I hope your day gets better"
