when your on a medicine ssri or benzo?

do you sometimes see yellow or white dots when you look up

what is that by anychance?? because im on xanax and in the past 6 years i was on and off ssri's

Answers:
First of all 6years is too long for a benzo. Any benzo. Look up the Ashton Manual website and you will never take another. They are poison and HARD to come off of, if you ever can. I know, I am in the process of weening off of xanax and the withdrawl is beyond murder. Please talk to your doc about a safe way to taper and be rid of them. They are unhealthy and will mess up your mind and body taken for long lengths at a time.
