try to do sumthin all the time and the lazy feeling will leave.
Maybe laziness is why you keep falling down. I agree that
NO one is a born loser. God created us and we're amazing.

Other Answers:
Try to write poetry, a short story, or book or something. Its really good to channel all your energy into something expressive.

Brighten up. Drink a Red Bull and get up. Drink some coffee. Get the blood flowing in your body you can do it! Punch a pillow to get all the frustration out. exercise it really works

What i do is attend kickboxing or do something physical go get it out of my system. A sport or anything. Some ppl write poetry or even letters t ppl they r mad at if ur just idling in a relationship.

research has shown that frequent strenuous exercise promotes the release of endorphins in the brain, which in turn gives a sense of well being.
So exercise hard and plenty! and don't sleep for more than 8 hours per day this will also prevent laziness.

Tommy

blow something up its almost 4 of july lol Try to visualize the results of doing the important things. Motivate yourself. You are not a looser. Everyone has days in which they get up with more humor than others. Try to keep your mind busy doing something: read, go shopping, go to the movies, call your friends etc.

To get the frustration out, I would try to start a journal. Writing it out is a better way than acting it out, and it gets out period. Once you write it down, let it go.
We all have points in our lives where we just don't feel like doing things. I skip doc appointments that I really need to go to, and school.
You just have to prioritize what is really important, and get it done.
Sounds like you might need a little more fun, to equal out the mess of digging into the other issues. Set goals, reward when you achieve!
