What causes it? You didnt have enough recuperative sleep.
You are tired.....you need sleep. You could be under stress, mind constantly racing........
Try eating an apple.......it should help a bit.....
Probably just stress. I wouldn't worry about it unless it goes on for a week or more. Then I'd see my doc.
Visit the coffee pot a lot. Nothing stronger, of course.
You might have drank too much pop and ate too much sugar. Why won't you go for a nap or just rest and then you can feel better and not lazy.
The fog like feeling is caused from you being over tired be extremely careful if and when driving as you may just find yourself falling asleep. If you are not a mormon then i recommend having a nice strong cup off coffee and a mars bar for a caffeine and glucose fix or just go home on the sick for today and rest. Good luck.
Well if you can't sleep today,, then you should think of something that would get your boold pumping,, and take it in a way that helps you awake from sleepy walking.. Good Luck
U probably have something in the back of ur mind that is troubling u bt u maybe haven't faced it yet.....
something that is bothering you or maybe you are simply in love with someone....
ask urself n look back at the events that occured over the recent past that may have affectd u if u dont find nything then maybe u shud get urself a better bed n a cool, dry n cosy place 2 sleep
I'm really glad it was just one night for you because I have lived like that for 23yrs. (since I was 28). I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome and at this late date I don't expect to ever get rid of these symptoms plus many more. I don't mean to be depressing but I thought you might feel better since it was just one night, which I realize can still be very agitating. Good luck!
