Answers:
it is possible for someone to be depressed for no reason at all.but the possibility of that happening is very very rare.most often than not we get depressed by something/someone around us.so take a good look at things around you and try to find the cause.any way if it doesn't work tell me more about you and your surroundings.i may try to guess it out.well i am a student of psychology.you can contact me at ravindra_juyal007@yahoo.co.in

Sounds like clinical depression. No, parents don't always, understand (you cant talk to them at all?) If so, don't confide in just your friends please talk to a school nurse or counselor, or even family physician, it's a start. Please get some help.

Oh your parents will understand you.

Ask them to or make an appointment with your Local Mental Health Clinic.

That's what I did for my 14 yr old daughter. She has been diagnosed with Dysthymia. A form of Depression.

Talk to someone from your Church, Other family members, Other Adults, School Teacher or Counselor.

Living with depression isn't fun BUT making a decision to get HELP makes a HUGE difference in your life!

Wait. You missed the part where you cut yourself because your boyfriend broke up with you and you cry black tears in a corner each night.

way are you sad
