Answers:
This is a common bane of humanity... In many, it is intensified until there is anxiety, depresion and any number of mental aberrations. Those negatives usually are about you and some insgnificant aspect of you or a relationship. Once they get started, the imagination can rapidly turn them up a notch or two. It actually becomes a habit and can lead to complications down the road.
Besides, it is a waste of time, unless you use it to stimulate some positive action in some needed area.

Remember, how you think has an effect of certain chemicals of the brain. Is why you read so much about getting some exercise to combat depression.

I have the same problem. I'll visit back to see what others say. I guess you just try to see the positive anyways?

Incest Book?

it's easier to point out things that went wrong then things that are going good you tend you over look them as i did!
One good way of not being so negitive is frist when a negitive thought comes to mind! full out that thought accept it and move on!
at the end of every day write down at least 5 things that were positive! eg: get in to work and the coffee was already made... a lady held the door open for me! ect... no matter how tiny it was or how large the act was if you did it or if someone else did it!

before making a decision write it down! all the negs and all the pos! that should help you with your decision making!
don't try to forget about the negitvie things as they are apart of life! just learn to accept them and move on!
and then look for the postive things... so for every neg thought.. look for a pos. one to off set it!
Good luck

How to gain weight while taking Adderall XR?

It's a habit of thinking that you can work on. Whenever you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, say to yourself "Not true!" very emphatically. Some people put a rubber band on their wrists and snap it (I had to stop because my wrist got sore!)

The branch of psychology where this is dealt with is called cognitive-behavioral. Try to find a counselor who knows how to deal with this.

How do you get rid of anxiety/panick attacks for good?

If you're referring to broken trust. That's hard to get back. If you think the worst of someone after the slightest flaw. Maybe your over analyzing. You might need meds and some alone time or happy time. It might be that you're schizo affective or highly reactive to other people and very sensitive. If you pick up on other peoples behavior and they make you nervous. I doubt you're those things though. Good Luck
