ok this is what happen i was in my room and i was really mad and i had mixed emotions and i was just lost.and then i just kept crying off and on and it was like my mind was playing a movie for me it was like showing me whats been happening in my life for the last couple weeks.why? i dont understand!? has this ever happened to u

Yes its happened to me, the reason I believe this happened was because of the way I was feeling ,my mixed emotions, my conscience was playing everything that had led to the point were i was just broken. You know the bible says that we must first be broken before we can be filled with Gods spirit. Its a spiritual thing, in my situation it was anyway. It was like God wanted me to see everything that had happened to me, so he could replace what i was feeling with a soundmind.
