Panic Attacks?

i would really like to know if its panic attacks or something else and what i can do about it so they either dont happen or dont affect my day-to-day life

Sounds more like being paranoid than panic attacks to me.
I have no idea what to tell you.. they probably are panic attacks, but I have no Idea what those are.. all I know is that you just have to ignore these things.. check once or twice but otherwise put something else in your head like a good dream or what your going to do later in the day.. when your in the shower maybe try singing.. and when your about to go to sleep, sing then to.. I don't know.. use a nightlight turn on the radio..do whatever to block out the fear that something is in the room with you..
